the man, the myth, the legend
This is a very open character, in fact you don’t even have to create a new character if you don’t want too. The only restrictions I have are that they’re a Shaman with the Council ( look here for details ) and they have to be a man. How high up in the Council they are or how they got here is totally up to you. He was sent after Jezebelle when the Council decided that she was too dangerous to live and it wasn’t an easy fight, but he did win, and she did die…and then come back as a poltergeist who has no idea she’s dead.
Plot wise, this is the gist of what I had in mind: he sees Jezebelle one day and, after realizing that she doesn’t know she’s dead, he tries to make sure that it stays that way and attempts to keep her in the dark about it. Eventually she’s going to find out and when she does, Jezebelle is going to start stealing souls, which then of course is going to make this Shaman feel the need to put her down completely. Now this is a very, very long term plot, so don’t expect everything to happen all at once, but in the end, he will have the gratification of killing her…again.
