They are the law keepers that punish Supernatural for wrong-doing against humans; banishing them, imprisoning them and in worse case scenarios, killing them. The council is controlled by a single leader: The Priest or Priestess who has a direct link to Fate; followed by four highly powerful Shaman called the Holy Order who protect the Priest or Priestess and also carry out orders. The Council has lived on Velveteen island and kept balance of the two existing worlds for thousands of years, though humans do not know about them as well as Supernatural. THE HOLY ORDER ,, Justitia -- Current reigning priestess. She is forty-six years old and has been the priestess since she was nineteen. ( non-playable character, staff controlled ) KNIGHTS OF THE HOLY ORDER ,, Bianca Beretta Lockehart -- A feisty, young appearing woman who is known for her red riding hood, werewolf prejudice and ghost shredding. She has a temper and her sanity is questionable, but is highly skilled, intelligent and most of all -- loyal. She trusted as one of Justitia's closest Council Members. ( played by Ironchild ) Richard Daemon Glavan -- Questionable and rather corrupt, but all in all, an indisputable Knight; this Archangel has seen the ups and downs of the Council for a good century. His spontaneous nature and impish antics prove to be a little too much for Justita herself and maybe a few other members of the council, however his skill, experience and loyalty are undeniable.
