The staff do have a lot to do: aside from real life stuff, we're almost constantly updating the site and we also like to role play. So some of those directions are there so we can get to you much quicker and easier. We don't ask for much, and if something in any directions confuse you then you can just ask the staff and we'll help you. If you screw up once - that's okay, we get it. But if you're clearly not even looking at the directions we'll be pretty peeved. Your character will not be accepted if they don't have a face claim, if they have a drawing/anime face claim, a myspace face claim, an internet celebrity face claim, or a deviantart model face claim. By celebrities we mean: actors, models, singers/musicians, athletes etc. Also, your face claim must be at least thirteen years old. We will not accept child face claims. [/style] [style=border-right:50px solid #111111; padding:15px; background-color:303030; margin-bottom:-32px;]Members are allowed FOUR characters and elite members/staff are allowed SIX characters. You can also purchase more character slots at the store. Just because we won't eat you if you have all female or all male characters, doesn't mean we don't think about having your head on a silver platter. [/style] GRAPHICS BEWARE [style=border-right:50px solid #111111; padding:15px; background-color:303030; margin-bottom:-32px;]All images must be no wider than 500px, any wider and you'll just have to link it instead; I really don't care about the height as long as it's not ridiculously long. Now, for avatars...make sure the image is 200x300px exactly, don't just put in the dimensions. ...They fail miserably. If you do this, your avatar will be removed. They slow down the site; we must be courteous to members/guests who may have health concerns. You can LINK them, but remember to note that that flash/move/whatever. On top of that, we look at quality. Long posts are excellent...but reading one thousands words of crap is worse than reading one hundred words of good quality posting. Use proper grammar or I will eat you. Be able to organize your post. Give your partner something to respond to/feed off. Speech and thoughts and parts of text...sure, go ahead. And I might let some color slide if it's a neutral/simple color. Stay away from reds, blues, yellows, purples, etc. that will clash with the skin or your posting template.
